Privacy policy
For life-admin, served from pirateoneclaw.com. Last updated 2026-10-03.
Who uses it
life-admin is a personal tool with exactly one user: the person who built it. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it. If you are not that person, it never sees any of your data.
What it accesses
With the owner's consent, it uses Google OAuth with two read-only scopes:
- Gmail, read-only (
gmail.readonly): to search the owner's own mail and download attachments such as bills and receipts. - Google Drive, read-only (
drive.readonly): to export the owner's own Docs, Sheets and Slides to files.
It cannot send, delete, label, share or modify anything.
Where the data goes
Downloaded files are stored only in places the owner controls: their own computer, their own private cloud storage, and their own development environment. The owner may work with the files using an AI assistant on their own account, on their own behalf. Nothing is sold, shared with other people, or used for advertising.
Google API Services User Data Policy
life-admin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Third-party connections. Deleting the stored token also ends access.
